It all comes back to management in my view and the markets confidence that they can bring this to life.
No one believes it, and personally I don’t blame them! The management team is lacking in many areas in my opinion.
Changes need to be made and they need to start at the TOP! If they don’t it will be the same conversation we will be having in 6 months, 12 months, 18 months etc etc
