Buddy I think you need to read the release. They broke the rules and raised capital when they needed shareholder approval to do so. I've been happy with how the company has been managed generally but let's look at a few not so good circumstances critically: They set a deadline for an initial JORC resource when they didn't really need to do that. they then pushed out a poorly received initial resource and the company went from a premium to a discount overnight. Took on platypus and acorn as cornerstone investor maybe didn't manage their expectations properly and they sold down smashing the SP. I'm happy with that because I bought a few hundred thousand shares at 5c-7c when that happened. JOGMEC were not warmly welcomed as JV partners given their reputation for moving projects forward at a snails pace. I've been happy at how that has progressed. Failure to accelerate development on mallee bull/T1. Maybe it's the JV partner but it's not been well communicated to shareholders. Cap raising to insiders when IMO it's reasonable to presume mgt had field data not available to all shareholders that has now delivered a windfall profit to said insiders of around $3m. Given that's how I've interpreted events I think posters like Copperbull are reasonable and well within their rights to question some of these decisions.
