Mate if they already had approval at a previous AGM they don’t have to ask you squat! Management if it’s sensible run the company as they see it at the time. Now this stock which I bought for 6c back in 2010 went all the way to 72c in 2012. They had a raise I think around 50c at the time, well what’s happened since then ??? Down to 6c again for years before this year. You raise the money at the best aviable price when you can, you don’t get a premium because you want the deal done quickly when the opportunity arises. You don’t know what will happen tomorrow, the stock market can crash and the available cash disappears and when you run out of cash and have to raise at a lower level and dilute your shares further. But Guys like you probably whinge about the 3 extra chips you want for your 5 bucks worth.
So stop your whinging, Rob has managed the company’s money really well and kept the dilution to a minimum, it looks like you guys will do really well (I sold at 22) so enjoy the ride its been a long time getting back to here and looks like good ways to go.
