I stress this is always rumours. The usual reason for the rumour is "bitten off more than they could chew'.
A lot of people here were sceptical of the project from the beginning, but worth remembering the place has been trashed by false starts over the years.
This looks like a great project, a win for all here, but the jitters remain.
