That little buy isn't going to help much. But it's exactly what all those prop buys want, create some FOMO

Anyone want to chip in and take about 10 mil out of 0.007?

There is a buy order down the bottom of 0.006 which was for just over 13 million prop bid but it has been reduced to 12,857,058 after that buy into 0.007. So they are likely already holding a large parcel and want to help get it moving or are just trying to get people buying so they can offload.

Either way it's looking good for another pump at least.
