If they are going to raise again at some point at the price of 1 cent of course they will ensure the SP gets there first. They couldn't sell the idea to CR participants unless they got the SP to well above 1 cent in the first place. That will be good for all current/ extant shareholders.

Mind you , pump aside, the simple facts of GLA's position IGO acquiring bordering tenements and the indications that GLA's land holdings likely include not only gold but also vanadium and cobalt will soon see GLA soar high above 1 cent.
