ok I really hope I'm not thinking too far outside the square here, but I've keeping an eye on the website of that flash convert mentioned in the open briefing announcement. If they're one and the same, then there's a couple of new website changes that have only just occurred:

1. Xero now list them as the "Most Popular" conversion Add-on

2. Flash Convert now advertise the Xero Add-on on their home page.

Probably a bit late to call the company today but will call them on Monday to clarify and repost answers to some of the questions  I want to ask:

a. why they referenced Flash Convert in the recent Open Briefing,
b. is the Flash Convert mentioned in the open briefing the same flash convert I've referenced above
c. Is there a relationship between MOT and Flash Convert and if so what is it.
