The SPP is capped at $15M with each shareholding able to apply for up to $15K worth of shares. As at the latest annual report there were approx 8,700 shareholders. If they all apply for the maximum amount under the SPP that would equate to $130.5M so scale back should be (worst case) = 11.5%. I'll be applying for $15K but my expectation is that I'll get $1725 worth of shares ... maybe slightly more as I expect there may be some shareholdings which do not participate or are ineligible (e.g. US).
