Apx bought cloud software. those are valued on revenue multiples not earnings. market is efficient and will look thru the temporary dilution and earnings declines.
hyper growth > 50% growth cloud is the #1 sector in the market right now - on the nasdaq and here. Look at NEA, ALU and WTC's valuations.
