I understand that they must be granted leave of appeal to the higher court . ie they can not just appeal with out a new legal position. As all aspects of the appeal were rejected it should be unlikely that this leave to appeal will be granted .
This appeal was such a waste of time as the court have agreed that all the technical aspects of the permit were sound , if this had been agreed last year Dragon would already be listed on the HK exchange as this was the CP for listing , the company would have its 17 million and the share price would be the 35 cents .
Lets hope it goes smoothly from here . The other good news is that in Finland it has been clarified that they can start the new Mine at Kappelinkulma even if the amount of the bonds is appealed and the drilling results and mine life extensions for Finland look very good especially at Orivesi so Finland will also have a good future
