Excellent news and I'm sure any appeal would be fruitless and would only be lodged to frustrate due process as long as possible.
I'm not sure about the relevance of the last sentence in this release. Are there further avenues of appeal if the Land & Environment court throw out any appeal? Will the HKEx insist on the matter becoming non-appealable before granting approval to list or even accepting our application?
