Interesting that they made more revenue from advertising than from agent and private listing fees.
What does that tell you? Well it indicates to me that their site is getting considerable traffic.

What does that mean? Agents and renters are using it. Quite a lot. Therefore the proposed ramping up of the monetisation of the site IMHO appears to be eminently achievable.

At this MC the risk reward is to my liking, unlike many other companies around these levels.

Im happy to pick up the crumbs people throw away and I'll wait to see how things are travelling at the next update. Cheers
