Completely disagree with this statement based off fact and common sense and not opinion.
Research has shown that directors buying is one of the most powerful buy signals. There is a strong positive correlation between directors buying and for the performance of a company (time frame two years). The signal becomes more powerful when it is more than one director buying AND the quantity of buying.
Also, extraordinarily naive to think the directors know exactly what we know. They have WAY more information then we have. WAY MORE! Their lives literally revolve around the company/ies they are directors in. They know on a much greater depth and in much greater detail how the company is performing. They know when the company is undervalued (or overvalued).
I am currently looking for potential ten baggers within the ASX and CNW is definitely one possibility based off numerous factors.
