Share price does not directly relate to underlying value. I am positive because I believe the market hasn't realised the value. That's where money is made, when there is a fundamental difference between the value of the company and the market attributed price. 

You have said things weren't going well from before the price rose also. You've always said it wasn't going well and you also said things that were fundamentally wrong, as I stated above. 

Either way, I don't want to bicker, you have your views and have now made the claim the directors are purchasing 'token stock' to fool dumb retail investors. Lets see what the future holds.
