Ever heard of correlation does not imply causation? Or, come to that, common sense? This is such a tedious 'argument' you are trying to advance. Literally nobody I know of in the world of investing thinks directors buying stock in a company is a bad thing. I've seen some laughable downramping in my time, but this takes the cake.
