These guys are talking about mining operations , do they have mining approval ? Have they submitted mining approval application ? Would you do a deal for off take with out one ?
I don't see no reason as why they wont get the necessary approvals so it perhaps isn't that big of a deal but when it comes to the quality of the deal for offtake a company with approvals in place can demand a premium...
