Ann: Apollo To Raise Up To $4.4m and Restructure Board-AON.AX, page-16

As a shareholder of both AON and ENT, I have posted the following view at ENT.

It seems today's AON announcement contains something very significant step by appointment of its new chairman Ian Middlemas who is currently a chairman Apollo Group based on WA, Perth.

Apollo Group says in its webpage:
1. is chaired by Ian Middlemas and renowned for technical and management excellence and strong access to capital.
2. has more than 20 years of development success in the natural resource sector.
3. identifies, finances and develops significant international mining and energy projects.

Negative side could be their 1 for 4 share consolidation(=dilution), but as a result of capital raising they can acquire new projects and generate(=make progress) current projects.

My personal view is, even they did not mention specific plan for Plato drilling or so, cautiously that they might have thinking of potential future development of Plato (and other FR prospects). If all goes right direction, as 30% interest holing company and its shareholders , our position could be real 'quantum leap". While worst case scenario could be, but cautiously highly unlikely, really thinking new prospects rather than FR development.

At this point, I am very satisfying if we do merging with AON or full partnership with.
