Look at Apollo's website no mention of Roger or Chris on their people page but if you look at the bottom of the website it does show EVM parent website. Is Apollo actually Stream Gas & electric?

I get what your saying but I think Atkins may have come in and said you need to clear all of those previous links. If Apollo HOA is cancelled then the 250K becomes "not due" - (effectively written off) it can be removed from asx outstanding issues list. If evm is dissolved then Apollo has no link, or dues to pay as per ian smith comment.

It is going to be a blood bath unless there is some significant news (ie CASH DEPOSITED ANNOUNCEMENT). We have to get the 6mil in their accounts before even requesting to relist (EVM have to request, ASX don't voluntarily puts them back on) the 20Mil would be better. There are a lot of shareholders that are involved and the few on here would make up a very small percent. Just look at voting... it doesn't reflect the sentiment of most of us on HC chat.

I will be waiting for market opening if they do relist... Sell order ready to go (well as much as I can enter without it showing as a listed entity you cant do much on comsec). I hope they do whatever they can to keep interest positive. But I think in the end it will come down to how much cold hard cash they will get in their accounts - And If i were EVM i would not do anything until money was received.

Also 4c quarterly will be due by next week unless they are delayed again. So it will show if anything has been received by EVM from anyone other than Apollo. It may give an indication of whats been happening. The last account delay may have had something to do with Atkins acuity review. Maybe atkins wanted things to appear in a certain ways... Obviously this is purely speculation...
