Lake drilling is always a bit tricky with wet weather, but not insurmountable, but that's been and gone.
I agree the delay is unacceptable - even if they don't have the in-house skills (which they should), there's an abundance of good consultants out there who don't cost the earth.
As for Korea, Gubong is a good play even if we wont control our mining destiny as we would if we had 100%, although if we ever go and treat the tailings I wonder what contaminants might be present and how we would manage them
