If I have read things correctly, after the rights issue is finallised, all shares will be consolidated on a 1 for 100 basis. So whatever you end up with, divede by 100 to work out what you end up with. As they say, 100 times nothing is still nothing, ditto with dividing!
Apex should be closed down and directors made accountable.
But are directors ever accountable?
