re: Ann: APA: T/O Offer for HDF and sale of ... it is an off market bid, and holders can elect to accept, so APA might be happy to get 50% and control.
If the directors reject the offer, a higher offer might eventuate, but it could drag on for many months.
Dont expect too much excitement on this first offer.
