FXJ's Angela MacDonald-Smith is a journalist writing for clicks whose views are well known for being quite different and "ambit" or spectral in nature, her article on APA/CTP was out in October 29 and has been discredited to a large degree by Vertigan's report (thru his legal folk, Dr Vertigan has called for transparency but has refuted, in a way beyond reproach legally, the claims of "super-profits" and "rules"). I have included the October 29 article so u can see how Vertigan has responded (Angela's article reads like a CTP CEO Cottee Press Release in part)

A lot of Angela's articles i.e. on SRX and CTP are written from a governance viewpoint but fail to evidence or substantiate themselves IMHO. These governance, risk and compliance articles from FXJ need to get a lot better if they r to be taken seriously IMHO but pls DYOR. FXJ is winding back after some have questioned the use of interns who as a matter of fact in Australia do not need to be paid minimum (a.k.a. "award") rates.
