re: Ann: AOK Delivers Stable Production for A... Yes I agree with most of the sentiments above, AOK is in a really good position to start building up it's production, which will be evident in June's daily production average.

I was extremely impressed with the Apache news as well. I'd always regarded the Sheridan and Thomas County acreage as being speculative due to it's lack of interest/activity in the region (compared to other Kansas Counties South-East to AOK's acreage, however Apache being in town will change things greatly.

Apache purchasing acreage all around AOK's North Kansas Prospects to me is the most significant news for AOK in a long time, even more-so than current production results. I say this as Kay County (where Snake River is located) is a known sweet spot and I do believe the market has been reflecting this in the share price. I also believe however, that only a small amount of value has been reflected in the Colby/Cooper projects (and understandably so), but the Apache news has a very siginificant impact on this imo. That's why I'm really liking the look of AOK at the moment.

A Small-Cap company drilling vertical wells is a very under-rated strategy I feel. It's a great way of proving up acreage and generating a bit of cashflow, whilst only using small capital bites. AOK has and continues to do this fantastically.

I was looking to buy in, but AOK's mississippian sibblings (RFE and SEA) have taken some big hits over the last few days, so I might leave an AOK entrance for later on.
