Considering the market has known that BS will reduce div franking and also the resultant fallout from Mortgage stress I would say IFL is doing okay. I expected outflows for IFL clients to pay down mortgages. But there are more inflows.
Quite possibly the fallout over the RC might be a consideration because I havent seen IFL being "touched up" since the 2016 fallout with ASIC.
But I wouldnt mind betting we are looking at some pretty good buyback scenario as my 15% divie is going to disappear.Look at all that Cash sitting idly by.
Let me just finish with IFL Fumas. Even by todays standards with all that is happening with Mortgage stress and Banks etc it isnt a bad place for IFL to be.
Yep keep dropping IFL and I will pick up my monthly purchases.
