A purchased call is also a synthetic long position, just not a “100-delta” like the one you described.
I wouldn’t pay too much attention to stockbrokers’ forecasts, unless they provide a fundamental justification for their figures. There is a lot of random noise in there.
And regarding charts, I am afraid I can add no value there as they have no part in my investment process; I rather focus on the fundamentals, both company-specific and (where possible/meaningful) at a macro level.
