Or looking at it another way,
KMC is committing almost half of the plant's capacity - Anthill deal is for 300,000 tones - to treat low rate dirt for relatively relatively low profit. It seems to me they would make more money by treating their own stuff with higher gold concentration.
They are talking about trucking dirt wit 3.6 oz a tone to Barrick for next three months.
If KMC can mine ore like this consistently, mixing it with already extracted ore with low concentration should be getting them 2 oz of gold a tone. If they could process 60,000 tones a month that should add up to a nice profit without having to share with anyone.
