On litigation, if you've got only a very very small proportion of posters reading or agreeing with my posts, how can I be having any significant influence either on the relevant Director's reputation, or the SP? This is a necessary element to establishing damage.

This cannot be the case if my comments are at the margins, and from the TUs yours versus mine, obviously they are.

All cases turn on their facts.  I don't expect the mods to do anything other than view everything on the face of it given that they have a broad brush policy to apply. They aren't going to decide on legal argument. It's simply not their job!


The frequent outbreaks of anger suggest that many of you have a carefully constructed reality about ADO which takes a huge effort, and perhaps because of this you cannot bear to be challenged on it.

As I've said many times, I'm still hoping for a positive outcome on ADO but I have many areas of concern.

My views on ADO are not binary. I don't believe it's healthy for stock chat to be divided into being a believer or a non-believer.

There has to be room in stock chat for critical thought and for doubts to be aired.

I remain concerned we have negligible revenue. No serious timeframe for it either.

We have an obstacle for adoption of our battery space. We have no idea how likely adoption is.

We don't know what revenue is likely from POC.

I think these are reasonable questions to ask, given that we only have 12 months funding left.

I don't want to say this company is a vehicle for scientists to have fun. But if they can't or won't answer the serious questions that IMO everyone should be asking, it can look like it.
