That china try so hard to re-engineer technology is why he said it.
It was actually another thing I asked him about in Sydney.
That china have little respect for ip and the justice system is a joke. To sue is very difficult.
So to say it is very difficult to re engineer is to placate people that worry bout things like that.
But there will be a jump to china. China also have softer rules around regulation as well. Which is probably because people dont sue because the justice system is a joke!.
