You say that the culture in the room has changed. Well IMO the culture that needs to change is an end to freewheeling spending, greater accountability and more civility particularly about dissenting views.

Why do we always end up being happy about CRs? I'm not!

The reason I post in HC is to try to provoke some alternative thinking. Instead it's hardened views. Is that my failure or theirs? It seems unthinkable that it's not all my fault... this is groupthink.

In the case of the preso I'd hope that at least some of you might ask similar questions to me.
After all there are people making lists and taking up questions on behalf of other people who can't be there or just to be more efficient.
We're here to communicate, aren't we? Why cannot someone take up some of my questions?
They're plentifully laid out again and again. Yet no takers?
Because we've been told to not ask anything uncomfortable?

Geez. I would go if I thought for a minute that they'd take questions from me, but it's not going to happen is it? Not when a current Board member actively engages in monitoring HC and my posts have been moderated as a result.
Not when I've been explicitly instructed to be forward thinking only.
I'm not going to ask about Bergen...fgs!

But I do want to know why we are being primed up for yet another CR!
What are their timeframes on deals?
Why is everybody so happy with more promises?
What are the LT plans for diagnostics?
What are the realistic ranges we can expect from POC? Because I've never seen it as bread and butter income.

As nobody has said they will even socially converse with me at the preso, and I have no confidence the Board will take questions from me I frankly can't be bothered putting myself into a situation simply for a social snub.
Who would bother?

Anything else can be gathered from HC and the preso itself. I might have a change of mind but that would ideally follow a change of theirs. Not likely is it?

I'm beyond fed up with what's happened to my capital, and nobody is going to make me happy about it.

I am however capable of being polite and engaging socially, something which everyone should be able to do. On HC it would help if people didn't accept projections and assumptions as gospel. Like yours.

I'm sure all HC members would socially converse with you at the preso. People are quite different in person than they are behind their keyboards. If I was there I'd chat to everyone, even Traderboy if he was still around ;-)
