ADO is always "making solid progress" with partnerships.

Then the IP gets somehow shaken out, and ADO ends up with nothing.
How do we manage that?
It's happened over and over.

I'm not saying the Chinese won't pay us, but it's quite possibly going to be after all alternatives have been exhausted.
Often the Chinese demand technology transfer as a condition of the deal.

What terms have we already achieved? Or we doing what we did in the past? no indication either way. It just looks like another pump and dump exercise but I could be wrong, and I'd really love to be wrong on ADO....really I would!

Trump's negotiators are fighting over IP for good reason.
He hates the Chinese for stealing IP. Not saying they always do. But what is our track record on preventing this and negotiating good deals?
