Agree, once the decision to move forward is made, the Chinese will move relatively fast in comparison with western companies. They will still have to dot the i's and cross the t's, but the connections to the state will help smooth the path with regard to minimizing red tape.
From left field, don't be surprised if we start hear about Sinopharm looking to utilize Anteo tech in vaccine R&D and production. The work Anteo has done with DMTC’s Medical Countermeasures Program, is right up their ally.
