Not just ask: has it gone wrong in the past? Philips isn't the only possible misstep. We simply don't know how much has leaked out and when in the process of our close collaborations and demonstrations.

Instead of only looking at best case scenarios, which ADO holders often like to do it's important to at least ask how well protected are we are going to be in a country that basically steals IP? They don't respect the WTO terribly much do they?

A: With great difficulty.

By contrast, MSB has an agreement with a Chinese company, BUT with it's own money in the bank and financing options, and far fewer shares on issue it also has much more valuable IP and if that particular agreement falls over, at least they will have colossal payments before technology transfer occurs.
ADO keeps us in the dark on these issues. What is their plan? We simply don't know and that's not a plus given our vulnerability. IMO.

Even in a worst case scenario (which I do think about with my other stocks), the comparison of MSB will have the rest of the world's market to pursue and can do that with the developments it has in train, .

ADO is pretty much nearing the end of it's financial resources, and that makes it more vulnerable. I think these things are almost indisputible. I'd like to hear from the company on key issues such as financing and IP protection but their announcements are rarely other than opaque.

Oh yeah. Copyright is a dirty word in China.
Very reluctant to comply with and even more difficult to pronounce. They just dont like it.
And gets in the way of business.

There legal system is unable to cope either.

Does reduce over regulation however. That can be a good thing to get stuff done quickly. As long as you're not on the wrong side of it. Then you get screwed because to complain thru the court system is one sided in favor of the authorities.
