Have to agree with Rameez here and he’s probably one of the few that isn’t massively in the red because of his scorned views.
I don’t think he’s pillorying the welcoming of good news - I suspect it’s the robust nature of said optimism. Yes, it is good news but there have been dozens of such announcements for literally years. I think cautious optimism is more appropriate than abundant optimism right now. That’s what relentless precedent tells me, anyway.
