So here is a bit of detail Anteo's 2nd battery patent application quietly progressed with a somewhat mixed opinion. WO2017165916 CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITES recently got a Preliminary Report on Patentability (IB/326). My read of the report shows it is novel in one of its claims, but broad in its claims and not seen as inventive - but that's a given since it was to shore up the inital patent application WO2016168892A1 and it the borrows much of its Prior Art from the inital patent, as acknowledged in the report. JIMHO - anyone care to lodge an informed opinion?
