Regarding communication/ announcements: I cannot say what should have been better - can you really without knowing the information there was to be published? And do you know the reasons why it was worded the way it was. Was it necessarily a shortcoming? Or does the communication need to be the way you expect it to be in terms of explicitness anyone could understand (so that the share price may was driven by laymen investing their money)?
I`d suggest to wait a bit to judge on communication.
