This company definitely can make it again.

What? Again? The company has never made it. The only "commercial" thing they did was CRs and dilution.

Get over the past (without forgetting it) and look ahead; give our people a chance and do not look for the fly in the ointment (without loosing caution).

No offence but it all reads like feel-good mantras for a meeting of some pyramid scheme. What's wrong with critical thinking? It's the absence of critical thinking that's fatal.

Why can't people just exercise their critical faculties? Everyone's got to be on their best tolerant behaviour and not ask any difficult questions that might make someone squirm in their seats?

Given that the company hasn't succeeded before and has made colossal mistakes, surely it makes sense to
a) understand where we went wrong, instead of making assumptions
b) try to make sure that errors of commercial judgement of similar ilk aren't made again?
