The flow rate as an isolated number doesnt tell you much. You could have super high flow but the well intercepts a small pocket that gets exhausted quickly. The pressure and flow decline curves over time are what matters. Lower flow but very slow declines are easier to work with and are indicative of much larger resources. Also keep in mind they have given a flow rate per HOUR. Thats a little odd, flow rates are usually presented per day, which in this case is 840 barrels/day.
