    so what is the hesitation for people to invest in asn?
    we know there is a decent resource there.
    my guess is people are either worried about a credit to come hard to fund the plant.
    or i think the biggest deal is can lilac actually 'do' what they say they can do . can they make a plant work ?
    maybe they are the biggest hesitation for people here
