    Vijay is a prominent figure in the lithium world, highly experienced and well respected. Alex is still pretty fresh, now left the start up he helped set up, having yet to prove the tech is either scalable or commercially viable.

    Truth is we don't know why he left Lilac or the circumstances around his departure. Or whether Vijay's questioning of the tech was well founded, sarcastic or a genuine query.
