I'm interested to know if this is also a full time operational role as the announcement said

"In addition to being a non-executive director, Mr. Grant will provide technical advisory services which include: • the oversight of the design, engineering and operation of chemical processes of Anson’s pilot plant;"

So hes not just designing the plant he is also responsible for the operation of it I read from this. To me that means we will have some internal IP too as the lilac process is just one step to extract the lithium. After that it needs further chemical processing to get it to battery grade and maybe I'm reading too much into this but I think Alex might the man to get us there. This announcement is huge IMO and fills the main hole that had been concerning me about ASN.
