He fails to realise that board members bring more to the board than money to buy shares, they bring skills, contacts etc and this new bloke has that in spades. He is a serious dude and the skills he brings are well worth the fees he will receive imo
Having said that the 3x notice we should receive shortly will be interesting, we would expect he does not hold, but if the alternate is true, then that would be massive.
