Agree with you,  I just give a hint for shareholders who confused about ASN value, and how potential ASN is.

I do use 50% of my calculation as cost (easy way), it might be not correct, while 50% was deducted from the future earnings seems not too far comparing the real figure.

I agree there is no JORC yet, maybe a bit earlier to do this calculation, while as I said before it's just a roughly calculation, even it's not accurate, we still can see there is a huge potential for ASN share price to go up after JORC finalized.
