ASR is a standard measure for SaaS revenue Ronnie - simple as that - it is basically similar to revenue run rate as I understand it - more akin to forward revenue than historical.

Most SaaS companies I know use it - I sell SaaS we are a bit different but it is all calculated in ACV - Annualised Contract value - to have to remember that one of the keys with SaaS is you must get sticky customers as they can all move on at the end of the subscription period.

BIG has serious issues relating to non disclosure of financing arrangements and the issuance of shares plus a plethora of others things as you know.

As far as I can gusss PPH likely similar with ASR I did look at that one a few months ago but don’t hold.

The comparisons with LVT and BIG/GSW really don’t stack up in any real sense IMO - there are dozens of tech stocks going really well on the ASX - most not getting huge air time on HC.
