Clearly something is going on.
We don't know yet what it is, but something is happening.
Remember last time when the share price move up from .003 to around 2c or something before they went into a trading halt.
On what we know it may not be explainable. BUT something is going on which we don't know yet but some people obviously do have some inside knowledge.
