Presumably, Gary would not have sold 25m of his 40m shares @ .004 if he had thought there was the prospect of getting .009 less than two months later. And there has been no announcement since so I wouldn't put the current sp incr down to anything more than irrational exuberance.

I'm assuming that, having been on their course, the directors now have a better understanding of what "continuous disclosure" means.
