Perhaps they just think if they say 'upon completion of the transaction with Great Panther' it will just magically happen and get a successful vote.
The MD needs to provide a parallel vision for the company!

The transaction is not a fiat accompli.
There has been lots of drilling over the past 18 months, albeit less so in recent times, but... that should not have in any way stopped the company!
The results have been amazing too.
I have to stop this post, as it will just get me into trouble.
