Also, does anyone know which of above entities relates to Eric’s holdings (other than Mr Eric Charles Streitberg, which is a bit of a giveaway)?
He previously held 29,747,406 and sold 8,521,997 on 19/10/18 and currently holds 21,225,409. His interest is listed as:
Direct interest as Eric Streitberg
- Indirect interest as 100% shareholder and Director of Aegis Exploration Pty Ltd
- Indirect interest as 100% shareholder and Director of Streitex Pty Ltd
Aegis and Streitex don’t appear on top 20 lists above. When I look at those that do appear, whose interest reduced, I can’t make any of them add up to Eric’s current or previous interest. Anyone?
Eric’s was the only notice during the year - so I don’t quite understand how the other changes can be explained? Who is comprising the HSBC Nominees holding nearly 10% now? What could it mean?
