Not overly surprised as its going to be new to Colombian banks I suppose so will take lots of DD to work it out and be comfortable with such funding. The longer it takes, the more worried I get that it won't happen. Either, at some point it would make more sense to put a few $m in a CR and just move on for now. Some small dilution now might suck but if deals are lined up to sign but need the capital, it'd be worth it longer term.
