6 months passed since TS announced the PFS and that it would be followed by an offtake agreement.
Today, failed to deliver - running out of money and a token drilling exercise and a few Facebook crumbs to show for half million plus paid to TS in salary and rent alone.
Anyone still want to defend his performance?
