I missed that bit, did it state how and why it’s a related party? What page?
See page 23 of annual report 13.c. Dimitrios Podaridis is Pramana Capital.
it appears the new auditor is doing their job.
There are so many mentions regarding a going concern of the company in this annual report it may have set a new record for times mentioned of any Australian Company in an Annual report.
it also appears that this related parties votes were NOT excluded as they should have been the 2017 AGM held on 26/09/2018, some 3 months after the 2018 financial accounts closed off.
With Boardroom Ltd accepting the proxy votes for the 2018 AGM to be held just 2 months after the 2017 AGM
it will be very interesting to see the difference in the vote count that is published to the market n the ASX.
I would say a 2nd strike on the board is a certainty which leads to a spill of the board..
